All our products are sourced from verified Manufactures/wholesalers or Retailer, However, for any issue relating to the product delivered – Defective product, Wrong Size, Wrong color, Wrong Product , We guarantee 100% replacement with original product, after a satisfactory quality check of the product in dispute
Not Return or Exchange of the product is accepted for ordered size, color or Design/model/catalog delivered without any damage
100% Buyer Protection Policy
We Have 100% Buyer Protection Policy, were we guarantee you the replacement of the Product in dispute after the verification, However for smooth running of operation and to give our customer delightful shopping experience, we request our customer to follow the below mention procedure for raising a Replacement/ Exchange for disputed product
If there is any issue with the product, you can raise a Exchange/ Replacement request within 24 hr ( 1 day ) day of delivery;
Note : Please make a video of the opening of the package focusing on the issue if any*
The conditions for Exchange/ Replacement
If any product is having any defect/ damage or wrong product delivered , we will replace the product with the original order ( No Return or Exchange accepted for size or color )
1. For Wrong/ incorrect product or incorrect size delivered
2. For defective product being sent
3. if an item is missing /mismatch in combo set
4. Some Color variation can happen due to phone or computer resolution photographic lighting or camera resolution (Display media) for example some green will be projected as Rama green, due to this variation , replacement of the product due to color variation is not accepted;
To accept the Exchange/ Replacement .
1. The Product should be in unused, undamaged and in original condition (as delivered) without any stain, scratches or holes condition
Cancellation policy
Cancellation by Customer:
- Once an order has been placed, The order gets processed within few minutes , to ensure a smooth order fulfillment and shipping time, You can cancel your order any time before the product leave the seller facility(shipment). Please contact our customer care no. However, in some cases, where the product is manufactured on a made to order basis, Seller may not give an offer to cancel, due to involvement of some cost and valuable time. Please read the Description properly provided on the product page by the seller before placing such orders.
- The customer can choose to cancel an order any time before it’s dispatched. The order cannot be canceled once it’s out for delivery. However, the customer may choose to reject it at the doorstep.
- Coupon’s, offer’s and discount may be SKU based and may not be reverted back after the order cancellation; the decision of which is the sole discretion of the company/seller.
- In case of any cancellation from the seller due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be initiated for prepaid orders.
- The She Collection reserves the right to accept the cancellation of any order. C The She Collection also reserves the right to waive off or modify the time window or cancellation fee from time to time.
Cancellation by Seller/company:
Seller has all the right to accept or decline the order anytime. Seller reserves the right to cancel as its sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever. Some of the possibilities may be:
- Non-serviceable pin code (Please check the pincode availability before placing an order).
- Incomplete buyer detail.
- Order fraud speculation.
- Low stock/unavailability.
- Price variation/inflation.
- Offer time limitation and stock availability.
These are the few reasons but not limited to.
Refund of the order cancelled by seller will follow the same procedure as mentioned in refund policy.
Refund policy
The Refund in effect will come only if the product in dispute is unavailable for replacement,( Please refer our replacement policy)
The refund of the payment for a returned product will be initiated, only after a satisfactory quality check of the product in dispute. If the concern, raised by buyer is found to be genuine, the payment refund will be initiated.
The amount will be credited back into your account within 15 working days (which does not include Saturday, Sunday and any Bank holidays)
- For the payment done by any electronic media debit/credit card, nonbanking wallet etc. The refund will be initiated in the same mode using the same payment gateway.
- For cash on delivery purchase, you need to provide us with the NEFT details of your Bank, to transfer the amount into your bank account. The process will take 10-15 working days (which does not include Saturday, Sunday and any Bank holidays).
- Cancellation refund will happen in the same procedure as mentioned in no.1 & 4 for details of the cancellation request check our cancellation policy.
- No refund of the COD(Cash On Delivery) Booking amount paid during the order confirmation is made, if the delivery fails due to incorrect address given by the customer or after repeated attempt to contact the customer/Person receiving the package or Non-acceptance of the package by the customer/person authorized to receive the package. This is because there is a RTO(return to origin) charge raised by the third party Courier companies for the service RTO service. The COD Booking amount paid by the customer is adjusted towards RTO charges raised by the third party courier company dealing with the package;
- Incase there is a return of the COD order after the package has been accepted by the customer (The decision solely rest with The She Collection) The invoice will be raised for the RTO/ Reverse charge + the COD Charge paid by the customer while booking the order, which will be deducted and balance amount will be paid to the Customer
- Time to time if the RTO charge is more than the COD(Cash On Delivery) amount, a invoice will be raised to the customer to compensate the RTO cost raised by the third party Courier companies
- For Prepaid Orders, In case of Returned shipping to its origin, due to Failed attempt to contact the customer by delivery agent or no response from the customer. An Invoice will be raised to the customer to overcome the Forward shipping processing charge as per the total weight of the product ( even if the order is sent on a free shipping condition) and also for the RTO cost. This invoice amount will be deducted from the Prepaid amount, paid while placing the order by the customer ; and the balance amount will be refunded with in 15 days after the shipment reach the origin center
Shipping/Delivery Cancellation
- Every order will take 1 day for sorting and packing; and there will be and Estimated Delivery Date (EDD) depending on the delivery pincode
- Estimated delivery time or date (EDD) is displayed on Checkout or in some cases will be informed directly to the customer once the order is placed
- The projected EST is based on the Delivery Speed. However, the actual delivery may vary due to unforeseen circumstances like bad weather, vehicle accident or any other unavoidable circumstance.
- Cancellation of Order under transit is not possible unless the package under dispute is claimed as lost or damaged by the Third party delivery company. Which will take its own process time.
